Delete your account

You can ask WOW3D Innovations to delete the account you use on this website and in the WOW3D app at any time.

How to ask

• Email hello@example.com from the email address you log in with, with the subject "Delete my WOW3D account".
• We confirm by email and delete the account within 7 days.

What we delete

• Your login and email address.
• Your name, phone number and saved delivery addresses.
• Your cart and the phones registered for order notifications.

What we keep

Invoices and order records for orders you placed, for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years). They are not used for anything else.
