How long until I receive my order?
We print to order, so dispatch takes 2 to 4 working days, and delivery 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Which filament should I pick?
PLA for decor and figurines, PLA+ or PLA Pro for parts that need strength, PLA Silk for a shiny metallic finish, and TPU when it should bend or grip.
Are the items food safe or heat resistant?
No. Our prints are not food safe and PLA softens in hot places like a car dashboard in summer.
Can you print my own design?
Yes. Contact us with the file or a photo of the idea and we'll send you a quote.
How do I pay?
Right now you place the order and we confirm it and share payment details. Online payment is coming soon.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My orders, until we accept the order and start printing.
