These terms apply when you use this website or app, or buy from WOW3D Innovations (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

• Every item is 3D printed to order in the filament, colour and size you choose.
• 3D printed items show fine layer lines and small surface variations. These are part of the process, not defects. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real filament.
• Sizes are approximate and can vary by a few millimetres.
• Items are decorative or light-duty unless the product page says otherwise. They are not toys for children under 3.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping is shown at checkout.
• We may correct pricing errors before we confirm your order. If the price changes, we will ask you before going ahead.
• Online payments, when available, are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we move it to “Accepted”. We may decline an order, for example if a colour is out of stock, and will refund anything you have paid.

Custom designs

If you send us a file or idea, you confirm you have the right to use it. We won't print weapons, counterfeit or trademarked items we are not licensed to make, or anything unlawful.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for misuse of a product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
